Leadership Summit

The 2025 PMEA Leadership Summit will take place Monday, July 21 and Tuesday, July 22 at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center. The 2nd Annual Music Industry Summit will take place on Wednesday, July 23 (also at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center). PMEA’s 5th Annual Day of Service will take place on Tuesday afternoon, July 22. 

This year’s event will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 21 and conclude Tuesday afternoon, July 22. Please use the link below to register online or use the printable form. Registration is free to up to 10 members from each PMEA District and PCMEA. *Please note that PMEA membership is required to attend the Leadership Summit.

Hotel Information:

PMEA has reserved a block of rooms at the Penn Stater at the group rate of $139 a night (plus applicable taxes). Hotel Reservations can be made until June 19th or the block is full.
