To ensure the success and safety of PMEA’s All-State Festival, at least 30 chaperones are required to help with the nearly 700 All-State student participants.

*The PMEA Chaperone Policy has been updated (October 2025) to base the required number of chaperones off of the total number of actively teaching members in the district. The current quotas are as follows:
6 Chaperones – District 1 & District 7
5 Chaperones – District 10 & District 12
4 Chaperones – District 11
2 Chaperones – District 2, District 5 & District 8
1 Chaperone – District 3, District 4, District 6 & District 9
