PMEA is thrilled to once again offer an in-person summer conference! This year’s event will take place at the DoubleTree Hotel in Reading and will begin Monday, July 18 at 10 a.m. & will conclude on Tuesday, July 19 around 1 p.m.
This year’s event will include keynote speakers Rollo Dilworth and Suzanne Hall from Temple University and incoming NAfME President Scott Sheehan, as well as breakout sessions on a variety of topics including choir, classroom music, health/wellness/retirement, instrumental music (band & strings), modern band, music technology and more! Approximately Nine (9) hours of Act 48 credit will be available.
If you haven’t already done so, please take a few moments (we promise it will only take 1-2 minutes) to give us your feedback via this Pre-Conference Survey regarding optional activities PMEA is pursuing beyond the professional development sessions.
Registration is now available either Online or via the printable Registration Form. Hotel reservations at the DoubleTree can be made now through Saturday, June 18 via this Link. *Please note PMEA’s Conference COVID-19 Vaccination Policy remains in place for this event.
