2025 All-Eastern Honors Ensembles Information
Current Sophomores and Juniors who participated in an 2024 PMEA All-State Ensemble are eligible to apply for the 2025 All Eastern Honors Ensembles. Information on applying will be available in August with the application period running until October 1.
Interested students selected to the 2024 PMEA All-State Band, Orchestra and Wind Ensembles (with the exception of students who play viola or cello) will need to submit an equalizer audition for ranking purposes to PMEA (no cost to do so). *Only underclassmen selected to All-State Band, Orchestra and Wind Ensemble interested in applying for an All-East Honors Ensemble need to complete an All-State equalizer audition.
The window of opportunity to submit an equalizer audition will run from Wednesday, May 15 until the end of the day (11:59 p.m.) on Wednesday, June 5. The specific excerpt information is included in the application. *Please note there is a separate application for percussion.
****The Equalizer Audition does NOT automatically apply the students to the 2025 Eastern Division Honors Ensembles. They will still need to complete the separate application when it becomes available in late August.*****
