2026 PMEA Annual In-Service Conference

Information on applying to present and/or perform at the 2026 PMEA Annual Conference is now available. The window of opportunity to submit a session proposal is also open and will close at the end of the day (11:59 p.m.) on Monday, June 30.
The window of opportunity to submit a performing group application has closed at this time.
Please note that PMEA has switched application programs. The new program is designed to look like the PMEA website, however you will need to create a new log-in and password the first time you are applying.
