PMEA Summer Conference

 The 2018 PMEA  Summer Conference will be held Tuesday July 17 (beginning around 10 a.m.) and Wednesday, July 18 (Concluding by 1 p.m.) at the Red Lion Hotel in Harrisburg. 

Registration is now available for our summer conference via the Summer Conference Registration Form and Online Registration.  The cost is $50 for Full Active Members and $35 for Collegiate & Retired members and includes all sessions, Tuesday lunch and dinner and Wednesday Breakfast & boxed lunch. PMEA/NAfME membership is required to attend. Approximately 8 hours of Act 48 hours will be available upon completion of two forms following the event.

PMEA has a room block reserved at the Red Lion Hotel at a rate of $109 a night (plus applicable taxes). Hotel reservations can be made online through the PMEA Summer Conference Link or by calling 717-939-7841 or toll-free – 800-637-4817 and referencing the PMEA Summer Conference. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Sunday, July 1.

Act 48 Information

PMEA is approved as an Act 48 provider by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE). As a result of more stringent guidelines set by PDE, changes have been made. Questions? Contact Danielle Cullen, PMEA’s Professional Development Chair.
