The 2013 NAfME Eastern Division Conference will be held April 4-7 in Hartford Connecticut. Further details can be found on the Eastern Division website: http://www.nafme-eastern.org.

Chaperones (2013 Eastern Division Chaperone Reply Form) are still needed for the All-East Honors Band and Orchestra.   Please see the 2013 Eastern Division Chaperone Onsite Duties for information about chaperone responsibilities.

Volunteers are also needed for seating adjudicators on Thursday, April 4. Adjudicators will meet at 1 p.m. with auditions taking place between 2 – 5 p.m. at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Hartford. They are looking for the following seating adjudicators:

Flute/Picc
Oboe/Bassoon
Clarinet/Bass Clarinet
Saxes
Trumpet
French Horn
Trombone
Euphonium
Tuba
