Representative to PMEA District 4 is:

Vicki Fensterbush of Lewistown Area High School.

Mrs. Kathleen Hileman is teaching Vocal and General Music at Lewistown Middle School. She has replace Ms. Darci Halloran who is teaching in Daytona, Florida. Kathleen is a 2004 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and a 2000 graduate of Lewistown Area High School. Although her emphasis was Instrumental Music, her major instrument of study was piano.
Since late spring of 2004, the Instrumental Music Program at Indian Valley High School has been under the direction of Mr. William Bratten. Mr. Bratten was formerly the Instrumental Instructor in Roxbury, MD. He has replace Mrs. Kasey Campbell who is now teaching in the Millerstown area.
2003 had the opening of the Lewistown Elementary School. The school now houses students from 7th Ward Elementary, Derry Elementary and one third of the population from Buchanan Elementary Schools. At the beginning of the 2004 school year, an addition of a part-time Instrumental Teacher has been added to the school. Mr. Erik Liebegott was added to Lewistown Elementary School in addition to his General Music, Chorus and Instrumental Music at Buchanan Elementary, there giving more time for Mrs. Joan Loewen to spend on her ever increasing numbers in Elementary Chorus and General Music.
