Bellefonte Area

Bellefonte welcomes Julie Wisniewski as a full time elementary string teacher. Julie was a half-time teacher last year at Bellefonte.

The Bellefonte Area High School is going through renovations. The newly renovated music/drama wing and auditorium are expected to be done in early Spring. Just in time for the Fine Arts department to present a production of "The Mikado".

Penns Valley Area

Shannon Henry has joined the Penns Valley music staff, teaching elementary general music. Shannon and Evie Mugridge will be hosting the 2007 Elementary Songfest.

Phil Stattel will be hosting the Region III Chorus Festival.

Phillipsburg Osceola

The High School has a new band director, Valerie Stiner, who previously taught at the Junior High School.

State College Area

There were no staffing changes this year.

James Robinson will host will host the Tri-County Orchestra Festival in the Spring.
